Permission of the Owners Association (VvE)
Temporary rent is only allowed for property owners or if you have permission from the property owner when you are renting the space. When your property is ruled by a VvE, permission from the other owners is needed.
Fire safety measures
Please check the website of the fire department for requirements. This way you make sure that your guests and neighbours are safe.

You are not allowed to have more than 4 guests at a time.
Taxes
Airbnb pays the 5,5% income tax to the city of Amsterdam. So no worries there, unless you book through other websites. The percentage of income tax depends on your personal situation. If your accountant cannot advice you, we can consult you on your specific situation
